About the Role

CrowdStrike is looking for a Director – Global Services Alliances to design, build, and implement a successful Global Services Alliances strategy. Success in this position will require: enabling strong, productive relationships at all levels within key Services alliance partners, establishing and implementing CrowdStrike Services Alliances programs leveraging CrowdStrike’s Incident Response, Proactive, and Managed Services business, and executing campaigns to accelerate our business opportunities within the Services Alliance channels.

A successful candidate has strong business acumen and consulting skills, current technical skills, is flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations - both with the adversary and with the client.  As a self-starter who is driven by results, they will be focused on providing solutions for CrowdStrike clients. They will have experience in building and implementing successful partner programs, have strong communication skills to effectively manage internal processes, and grow CrowdStrike and Services Alliances relationships.

As the Director - Global Services Alliances, you will be responsible for supporting our Services Partners: Dragos/Coalfire/Kudelski/Aliado/Trimark, Strategic Partners: AWS/Presidio and Technology Alliance Partners: AT&T/KPMG/Accenture/Deloitte, with bringing to market our industry leading Incident Response, Proactive and Managed Services business.  This person would also assist in managing our Partner-Source Services programs, Falcon Complete White Label program to include the business dev effort that comes along with them.  As we scale to partnering with other IR firms using Falcon, this person would assist in that process. i.e. Accenture or Deloitte using Falcon in their practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish CrowdStrike’s Global Services Alliances Program, creating a strong go to market for CrowdStrike Services Alliances including SI’s, Solution Providers, and Technology Partners
  • Creation and successful execution of an annual business plan with participation from assigned Services Alliances and relevant individuals from CrowdStrike sales, delivery, marketing, product, and business development leadership
  • Conduct analysis on market opportunity for Services Alliances & MSP Partners to collaborate and embed CrowdStrike Falcon Complete offering within their EPP offerings for their client
  • Develop and enable Services Alliances to expand existing CrowdStrike services engagements, while driving new services opportunities with Services Alliances
  • Collaborate with CrowdStrike peers within Services Delivery, Field and Inside Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Customer Support, and Product Development to drive Services Alliances Program and offerings forward
  • Ability to scope, negotiate, and execute professional services agreements in a timely manner
  • Maintain existing Senior Executive relationships within Services Alliances and CrowdStrike to address all pertinent issues related to strategy and goal attainment
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to review the progress and successful execution of the business, GTM, and relationship plans to ensure we are meeting our mutual business objectives and define any action plans to address any gaps or new opportunities
  • Support/facilitate engagement of our internal sales and technical teams with partners’ sales and technical teams
  • Strategize/coordinate with field marketing on design and execution of marketing programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners’ customers
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition and competition
  • Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, territory, existing and target Services Alliances accounts, & competitive landscape
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Job Requirements:

  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace
  • Demonstrated experience with program development, account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • An aptitude for understanding how services help to solve business problems
  • Ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill level
  • Forensics and/or malware analysis experience or aptitude
  • Familiarity with targeted attack and incident response or SOC operations
  • Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Passionate relationship building and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work remotely 

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Established relationships with Services Alliances: Dragos, Coalfire, Kudelski, Aliado, AWS, AT&, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, and Deloitte.
  • Experience in building Alliances Programs, creating new go to markets & services offerings to be delivered by Global Services Alliances.
