Director, Partner Management, App Marketplace
Job Description
Procore is looking for a Director of Partner Management to facilitate the growth and adoption of the Procore App Marketplace, ensuring our position as the leading construction technology platform. The Marketplace team works to develop and support technical partnerships across the Procore Platform. This group works closely with stakeholders across Procore’s product management, engineering, sales, support, and marketing organizations to foster success across company initiatives. Through these technical and business partnerships, Procore seeks to build a thriving ecosystem of partners to delight our customers and solve their needs.
As Director of Partner Management, You’ll manage a high performing team of Partner Account Managers while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. You’ll influence and inspire everyone from executive leadership to cross-departmental teams and partners to evangelize the value of Procore’s Marketplace partners both internally and industry-wide.
This role will report to the Sr. Director, App Marketplace, and can be located anywhere in the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Build out a high performing cross-functional team by setting clear expectations and career development paths for the Marketplace Partner Account Manager team
Establish a deep understanding of partner solutions across the entire construction lifecycle
Develop and execute go to market strategy to co-sell with our Integration Partners globally based on product market fit
Set and track critical team KPIs of integration adoption and partner attach rate to measure success of our partners and partner account managers
Partner with sales teams to drive both direct and indirect revenue from our partners globally thru informed joint sale motions
Partner with our Customer Success team to drive adoption of our partner integrations across a global client base
Work closely with marketing to develop partner engagement activities such as marketing campaigns, sales alignment, and customer engagement to support overall partner strategy
Work closely with our Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement team to drive partner engagement into the value stream.
Drive process improvements to ensure accurate tracking of our joint sales motions with sales
Develop and execute partner tier structure and associated benefits
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years experience leading results-driven cross-disciplinary teams in a high-growth technology environment (B2B SaaS preferred)
8+ years experience scaling partner management team in a SaaS organization
8-10 years experience successfully building, scaling, and leading successful teams
Exemplary communication and presentation skills, equally comfortable speaking in front of intimate groups of executives or thousands of people
Ambitious, resilient, persistent, competitive; goal and results-oriented, optimistic, smart, value-added mindset, proactive and curious.
Ability to train and mentor others to build out a high performing cross-disciplinary team
Highly operationally focused; knows how to build out an operational process, from systems and team processes to reporting and analytics
Comfortable leading co-located and remote teams
Demonstrate strong partner empathy - understand how your department, company, and our partners can drive business value and vested in partner success
Experience with technology integration partners or app marketplaces
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
