The Director of Professional Services will lead post-sale implementation of Zipnosis platform products and add-on services. They will own and execute installation, integration, and functionality add-ons of the Zipnosis Platform with our partners nationwide. Both our internal team and partners will rely on professional services to ensure that client engagements will be successful.

• Work with the VP of Customer Success and other key stakeholders to ensure best-in-class program and project management methodologies, technical implementation approach, and end-user training programs of the BHG virtual care platform/services and support.
• Ongoing management of the services implementation strategy and delivery
• Identify and resolve operational issues to drive operational excellence
• Leverages PSA (Professional Services Automation) tool for resource assignments, project tracking, project profitability reports, staff utilization, and revenue recognition
• Ensure adherence to PMI best practices
• Revenue forecasting
• Team and individual team member development 
• Participates in customer and/or prospect meetings, assists with RFP’s
• Accountable for SOW creation, detail, and adherence

• BS or Master Degree
• Minimum of 15 years experience in Healthcare/IT delivery services
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing individual contributors with strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience successfully leveraging a PSA tool and report out on business analytics
• Background in healthcare IT, disruptive innovation and/or hospital or health systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Organized and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Works independently with little supervision
• Able to thrive in an often-chaotic environment
• Understands regulatory and compliance rules in a healthcare environment
• Results and detail-oriented and understands the big picture
• Able to thrive in an often-chaotic environment
• Ability to parse, understand and work with customers on our technical documentation
