Director of Registry Programs
The Director of Registry Programs will lead strategy and business development for our Patient Registry business line. We are seeking an inspirational leader, well versed in the administrative and data needs of this market. You will play a key role in client and prospect relationships and represent ESO before national stakeholder groups. This is a great opportunity to influence an industry, evolve the body of knowledge, and improve outcomes. Ideally, the position will be based out of our Austin, Texas or Forest Hill, Maryland office. We are also open to the position being remote depending on the working location.
How You’ll Support our Mission
You will serve as an internal and external subject matter expert, influencing decisions regarding product direction, data collection, performance improvement and customer success. Your role will also be influential in other applications across the ESO suite of products.
You will provide strategy for our Patient Registry unit, resourcing the sales, product, engineering and research teams. Externally you will connect with regional, state and federal leaders, represent ESO at national conferences and other events, and liaison with bodies such as American College of Surgeons, American Burn Association, American Trauma Society, American Heart Association and other organizations.
You will report to the Chief Product Officer, working across the Hospital and State/Federal service lines. You will work closely with the Director of Professional Services and the Director of Development for Patient Registry.
What You’ll be Doing
· Driving strategic direction for the Patient Registry suite
· Interacting with industry and hospital system stakeholder groups
· Represent ESO in in national/state compliance activities
· Provide clinical and registry subject matter expertise
· Coordinate with Sales to cultivate a pipeline of prospects among the States, regions and hospital that oversee patient registry
· Assisting with RFP responses and supporting the sales team with product demos and subject matter expertise
· Assisting professional services with program management with strategic accounts.
· Oversee operational management of data aggregation and reporting projects.
· Participating in data analysis and research projects
· Travel for official representation at customer/prospect sites and national gatherings
Who You Are
· Previous hospital service line program leadership experience (Trauma Preferred)
· Deep understanding of data, analytics, performance improvement
· Fluent in registry and hospital and/or administrative processes
· Proven track record of positive stakeholder relationships
· Previous experience on the industry stage (i.e. conference speaker, publications, podcasts, etc)
· A system thinker, problem solver with a performance improvement focus
· A life-long learner
