Role and Responsibilities

The Director of Sales and Sales Operations is uniquely positioned to leverage leaderships skills, coaching, data and technology to support the sales organization. This role will be responsible to support and lead our sales teams, inside and field, to grow and outperform sales targets. This role is an instrumental leadership position to assess and ensure sales execution to evolve demand qualification to opportunity management. The Dir of S&SO will work closely with the CRO and SVP of Sales to ensure forecast accuracy and operations support to meet revenue objectives and customer expectations. Amongst other responsibilities, this leadership role will inspire and lead a talented team of sales operations, sales development reps and support account executives in the field. Work with the senior leaders to develop efficient processes and accurate reports and dashboards to enable the organization to respond to market challenges and remain focused on driving revenue. This role is perfect for someone with sales management, operations management and international business management experience.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

The ideal candidates will have: 

Minimum 15 years experience in sales management mixed with sales operations
BS in Engineering or Business Administration
Managed front line sellers and front line sales managers, desired 10 years experience
Worked in a start-up fast pace environment previously (small company or Int’l branch office)
A love for metrics and thrive to surpass goals
A desire to grow and develop within the company
Keen interest in high tech innovation
Competitive drive and likes being rewarded for wins
Humility, and a positive attitude that may surpass your current skill level
