In this role, you will have a variety of duties to support our Leasing and Revenue Management operations teams including managing multiple strategic projects concurrently, coordinating discussions with stakeholders and development teams, providing day-to-day communications and status reports, assisting with prioritization and resolution of issues, and organizing detailed project information into documentation shared by various project stakeholders. This role will also have a small team to assist. In that regard, you will be responsible for staffing to effectively accomplish the goals and objectives of the team, which includes; recruiting, training, and overseeing staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Professional lead on a range of major, strategic projects providing institutional direction and leadership to support cross-functional co-ordination and implementation, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement
  • Provide high level advice and support to the Operational teams and senior leadership team in the identification and delivery of priorities, identifying key issues and initiating ideas, new or updated processes in increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Form proposals for project development, coordinating discussions with members of the senior team as appropriate, lead initial research and analysis to assess project feasibility, due diligence, and create the project objectives and implementation plans.
  • Ensure effective communication and monitoring of progress, leading the Project Group to determine milestones for implementation.
  • Execute and implement the projects within agreed timelines and achieving project objectives, including associated business plans, using effective change management, project management and business process management approaches and techniques.
  • Advises process teams representing constituent needs regarding cross-functional considerations, workflow integration and coordination, and optimization of best practices.
