What You'll Do:
The Team Operations Coordinator (TOC) is responsible for preserving LogicMonitor’s title as “Best Place to Work” by delivering exceptional employee experience and workplace culture. This role will wear multiple hats to provide a high level of support to LogicMonitor’s rapidly growing Austin team through office/facility management, internal event organization and various administrative duties. In addition to managing to the day-to-day functions of the office, you’ll also play a critical role in nurturing LogicMonitor’s global culture and organizational values.

Office & Facilities
- Front Desk duties including daily office opening and ensuring all guests, visitors and candidates are greeted properly.
- Serve as primary point of contact with building management to resolve facilities and maintenance issues.
- Own all facilities-related systems including: tenant service requests, parking access and validation, conference room reservations.
- Collaborate with Internal Systems to optimize internal IT office systems. Act as onsite backup for IS when needed.
- Work with Internal Systems and 500 West 2nd building management to oversee office security.
- Manage outside vendor management: food, coffee, water, janitorial services, etc.
- Maintain office layouts and seating charts.
- Work with Team Ops & Facilities Manager to ensure that office design efficiently leverages workspace and amenities.
Culture & Employee Experience
- Primary advocate of LM's culture to drive all Austin internal events, coordinating with Front Desk Coordinator on event execution.
- Point person for all Austin new hires. Collaborate with HR to ensure positive and welcoming onboarding experience and orientation activities for new team members.
- Execute all team events including (but not limited to): team lunches, all hands meetings, launch parties, holiday celebrations.
- Collaborate with Facilities & Team Ops Manager to create content for team communications.
- Manage Austin Wellness Program including: weekly yoga/fitness classes and onsite chair massages. Generate ideas for new wellness initiatives, ensuring all activities are well-planned, communicated and executed within budget.
- Act as customer service/concierge for Austin and remote team members.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistant to provide onsite coordination for high-level meetings.
- Acting liaison for all Austin-related travel questions. Coordinate and renew all Austin corporate hotel rates, ensuring travel guidelines are met.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure all internal content (swag, facilities, etc.) is branded appropriately.

What You'll Need:
- Austin residency
- Bachelor's degree (Technical or Marketing field preferred)
- Experience or exposure to managing a professional office environment
- Proficient with MS Office and multi-media technologies a huge plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Drivers License
