We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can bring their knowledge and organization skills to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administration support to the Chief Creative Officer.

The Executive Assistant will be expected to effectively collaborate with a variety of people and departments to accomplish tasks in a rapid business world. S/he should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a high level of professional maturity, business judgement and problem-solving skills. Advanced level software experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google and Adobe. High-level technology skills, diplomacy and ability to prioritize on a case-by-case basis are required. Experience and understanding of social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and other outlets are essential to the job function.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and maintaining an accurate schedule for both CCO
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Providing post-meeting notes and follow-up agenda to all necessary parties
  • Providing quality customer relations with internal staff, external vendors, clients and business partners
  • Provide intuitive thinking and anticipating needs
  • Balance multiple projects and prioritize them in the correct manner
  • Handle all travel arrangements necessary

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years professional experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in the entertainment/gaming industry
  • Ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion and under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize work and multitask over a wide range of responsibilities, often under tight and changing deadlines
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to details
  • Ability to maintain discretion and manage confidential information
  • May require being on-call, occasional late nights and weekends
  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally several times a year
  • Experience in Project Management and the knowledge behind the process a plus
