Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support two roles at the Executive Level. This role will support all administrative duties for the leaders, such as scheduling management, booking travel, and administrative support. The Administrative Assistant will work across all departments within the organization to help achieve the company's strategic goals. The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will be driven, very interested in self-improvement and learning, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented.
If you were working for us today, you would be:
- Managing the CFO/COO and President of Revenue travel and logistics
- Managing calendars and contact database
- Assisting in coordinating meetings and calls
- Managing and coordinating CEO-level meetings and guest visits
- Coordinating and managing internal executive meetings and board meetings
- Assisting in managing the facility requirements
