The Opportunity
As an Executive Assistant at Adobe you will work well cross-functionally with our internal team, outside consultants and vendors in an efficient and confidential manner. You will be extremely organized with the ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously, demonstrate strong attention to detail while working effectively with minimal direction and have excellent interpersonal skills, including external and internal correspondence.
What you'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the global head of Customer Engineering for Adobe Commerce
  • Extensive scheduling and calendar coordination
  • General travel arrangements, domestic & int'l
  • Filter and manage requests for internal & external commitments.
  • Coordinate special projects including team off-sites, team building activities and all hands meetings
  • Submit and maintain expense reports
  • Attend staff meetings and capture key outcomes and actions
  • Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illness
  • Look for opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes


What you need to succeed

  • BA/BS degree or minimum of 4-6 years' administrative experience
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines with little direction
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business acumen and timely follow-through
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Must handle confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
  • Ability to foresee challenges with calendar, travel needs, etc.
  • Confidence and strong decision-making skills
  • Proven mastery of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel; proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Eagerness to build a network with other executive assistants at Adobe and cooperate as a worldwide team
  • Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferences
