Executive Assistant

What you'll do
- Work hand-in-hand supporting truly passionate executives
- Field numerous inbound requests and manage high-traffic email inboxes
- Schedule internal and external meetings, business travel and conference calls; managing logistics and preparation for external speaking engagements
- Embody passion, vision and self-directed initiative to step outside of regular duties in order to benefit the team
- Handle expense reports, invoice payments, scanning and electronic filing of documents; preparing correspondence, reports and agendas
- Provide technological support on an ongoing basis and arranging internet-based meetings, calls and Zoom meetings
- Interact and coordinate efforts with management and other Executive Assistants within the organization

- Minimum 2 years' proven experience supporting multiple senior level executives (VP level and above) within a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
- The ability to act professional under pressure while managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Strong communication, organizational and computer skills
- Strong project management skills, having managed and successfully completed diverse projects on-time and on-budget
- Proven competencies in software applications and programs, particularly Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
- Must possess personal tact, discretion and good judgment, as well as excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Uphold knowledge and familiarity with the unique aspects of executive's department and responsibilities to effectively process incoming information
- Occasional after-hours work is necessary
