About the Position
SubjectWell is looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to lead the brand identity and creation of assets for SubjectWell’s patient-facing brands, TrialSearch and TrialsWorld (B2C). As our digital designer, you’ll produce a high volume of visual content including digital ads, HTML emails, landing pages and more. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and a continual eye on layout, typography, color, and composition. This position reports to the Director of Performance Marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create a high volume of display and social ad creatives, while keeping files organized and structured
- Design and layout HTML emails in our email marketing tool, Adestra
- Create landing page experiences for potential patients through WYSIWYG editors and collaborate with performance marketing team on ideas to improve conversion rates
- Consistently interpret and learn from design performance reports to iterate and improve on future designs
- Understand creative trends and maintain a familiarity with design best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-5 years of design experience in-house or agency (compensation ranges by experience level)
- Bachelors or Associates degree in graphic design, visual arts, or similar preferred. (Relevant work experience can be substituted.)
- Expert in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Expert attention to detail, organizational skills, and efficient time management
- Proficient in building simple animations/GIFs and videos through plug-and-play tools like Promo or Vyond
- Past retail experience, production artist or other high-volume ad experience preferred
- Austin, Texas based or willing to relocate
