This role will be primarily working with families who join our Expert Assistance Program through their Employer Benefits. Expert Assistance is offered to families who are looking for help in their care search through the Care.com platform. This position will also support our Business Services team and will contribute to the strategy, data evaluation and execution of new initiatives as required.

What Your Days Will be Like:

  • Conduct client intake assessments with inquiring families, discussing their care needs, scheduling, and caregiver position expectations; Give guidance throughout their search process on hiring, interviews, & standard methodologies
  • Screen care providers through Care.com by posting jobs, searching, messaging, phone screening, and performing online background checks
  • Build profiles to send to families with organized analysis of the care providers they will be interviewing
  • Follow up with families to answer questions, provide guidance & solicit feedback during and after hiring process
  • Work closely with Care Specialists to ensure clients are receiving the outstanding service
  • Work closely with cross-functional business and servicing teams to provide program reporting metrics
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and providers
  • Strategize and assist with implementation of current and new programs for the business servicing team

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Phone experience, either in a customer service or sales background
  • Organized, attention to detail
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Hands-on experience as a child care provider and/or knowledge of child development preferred
  • Looking for someone with a professional demeanor towards sensitive information, i.e. not discussing parent or child private information in the office or outside of the office, comfortable discussing with parents what they would like shared with the caregivers, managing parent and caregiver expectations
