What You'll Do:
LogicMonitor is looking for a talented General Manager to lead its LM Logs business. The LM Logs teams have launched an amazing product with the best market differentiators like Anomaly Detection and Unlimited Logs retention. We look at logs differently than other vendors in the market. We extract direct value out of logs by giving our customers the troubleshooting insights that saves them more than 90% in operating time. As a crucial member of the team, you will help accelerate growth by owning the complete business lifecycle for LM Logs. It is key you have entrepreneurial and leadership instincts to drive a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Engineers.

Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Build a business plan that includes cross-functional Forecasting, Resourcing, and KPIs
- Own P&L of the product
- Form a virtual cross-functional team with resource plans adhering to the forecast
- Build and own the complete launch process cross-functionally
- Execute on all the GM disciplines e.g. Roadmap, Experience, Marketing, Field enablement, cross-functional engagements, customer presentations/feedback, and growth metrics of the product
- Build close relationships with key customers and obsess around their logs requirements
- Build a culture of rapid decision making and positive move-forward attitude cross-functionally
- Build an analytics and metrics-driven decision-making process to inform executives and other cross-functional teams and guide them towards future success of the business
- Work closely with senior LogicMonitor leaders and the leaders of other product lines to deliver innovation and drive improvements that transform our customer's observability experience.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (plus MBA preferred)
- Experience building and launching data intensive Enterprise SaaS products
- Experience building ITOM (APM, Logs, etc.) and cloud products (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS)
- Experience with multiple public and private clouds
- Experience driving cross-functional metrics and holding them accountable on specific KPIs
- Experience building and managing teams of Product Owners, Product Managers, UX, and Tech Writer teams
- Strong knowledge of the ITOperations and ITOM domains
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven content
- Experience in building SaaS Pricing Strategy and Models
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, and AI/ML domains
