General Manager (Real Estate)
ABOUT THIS POSITION
Aceable is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our high growth Real Estate online certification business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs to deliver growth. You will build a strategic plan for the Real Estate vertical including our core business as well as services in the Real Estate space that may develop lifetime value growth. You will own the P&L for Real Estate including allocating budget resources, coordinating day to day operations, leading and influencing teams, managing operational costs, partner development and identifying new business opportunities. Your entrepreneurial spirit, financial mindset and vision in directing this growing vertical for Aceable will assist our organization streamlining decision making and accountability while also allowing us to meet the growth objectives for the Real Estate business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee daily business operations of real estate vertical and relevant P&L
- Lead revenue growth including marketing, sales and business development directly
- Develop and implement core product and lifetime value growth strategies and roadmap with a continual pulse on the competitive landscape and market.
- Build and lead a cross functional team
- Evaluate and analyze performance, productivity, accounting and financial data, growth opportunities, regulatory changes and expansion.
- Identify M&A opportunities in your respective vertical.
- Partner with functional leaders to build strategic priorities and to deliver on growth objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Previous experience as a GM or have been a leader in a shared environment previously, with experience scaling business to over $100M and management of a full P&L
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and create prioritized roadmaps focused on what will drive the most value
- Operational prowess, a growth mindset and energy centered on continuous improvement
- B2C and B2B leadership experience with a strong knowledge of different business functions; orientation to sales, business development and marketing
- Ability to navigate a complex organization to drive change and build partnerships
