Global Quality Assurance Manager

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions. As part of the team, you will be a leader in the development and evolution of a Quality Assurance program that enhances and directs the quality of our products and processes,, while impacting the YETI Supply Chain by reducing costs and improving the efficiency.
A look at your day-to-day
- Make your mark.
- Take the lead on developing and maintaining YETI’s Quality Management System.
- Establish and maintain FMEA process standards and review.
- Establish excellence through corrective action and root cause analysis.
- See results
- Develop efficiency in the Supply Chain Drive by achieving reductions in quality-reject and scrap rates.
- Identify opportunities for improvement through a global Supply Chain audit program.
- Be a team leader
- Work across multiple departments to create standardized Quality Control plans.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate and audit optimized, repeatable processes
- Work with YETI’s 3rd party providers to gather and analyze warranty product information
Now for a little bit about you….
- Minimum of 7 years in Supply Chain Operations
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Comfortable and effective working cross-functionally and driving change
- 5+ years with progressive responsibility in Quality Assurance roles
- Advanced level of experience with Six Sigma, Lean or other Process Improvement Methodologies preferred
- Willing to accommodate domestic and international travel up to 40%
- Available for conference calls and communication outside of standard business hours
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Access and Excel
