As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions. As part of the team, you will be a leader in the development and evolution of a Quality Assurance program that enhances and directs the quality of our products and processes,, while impacting the YETI Supply Chain by reducing costs and improving the efficiency.

A look at your day-to-day

  • Make your mark.
    • Take the lead on developing and maintaining YETI’s Quality Management System.
    • Establish and maintain FMEA process standards and review.
    • Establish excellence through corrective action and root cause analysis.
  • See results
    • Develop efficiency in the Supply Chain Drive by achieving reductions in quality-reject and scrap rates.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement through a global Supply Chain audit program.
  • Be a team leader
    • Work across multiple departments to create standardized Quality Control plans.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to validate and audit optimized, repeatable processes
    • Work with YETI’s 3rd party providers to gather and analyze warranty product information

Now for a little bit about you….

  • Minimum of 7 years in Supply Chain Operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Comfortable and effective working cross-functionally and driving change
  • 5+ years with progressive responsibility in Quality Assurance roles
  • Advanced level of experience with Six Sigma, Lean or other Process Improvement Methodologies preferred
  • Willing to accommodate domestic and international travel up to 40%
  • Available for conference calls and communication outside of standard business hours
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Access and Excel
