Go to Market Coordinator
We have developed a first of it’s kind marketplace of third-party technologies for banks, credit unions, and their account holders that fundamentally changes the way financial institutions and fintechs are able to work together. The current ecosystem consists of over 450 financial institutions and 50 partners - is growing rapidly.
We’re seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordinator to support the collaboration and coordination of internal teams, our customers, and our partners in the launch and ongoing management of Innovation Studio Solutions.
The ideal candidate has a “go-getter” personality, exceptional communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is versatile and resourceful.
Responsibilities
Update and oversee information / project / data updates into multiple systems, including CRM, Internal Content Tool, and Project Management tools
Build and manage content repository for internal sales teams
Support team and partners in collecting, auditing, and uploading marketing assets and materials
Coordinate partner marketing request tickets, working interdependently with team members, Q2 marketing, and the partners
Create and edit powerpoint presentations
Create and manage sales and marketing reports
Lead and support internal / cross-functional communication to sales and otherwise
Work with partners and customers to keep timelines on track
Work with marketing on development of internal sales enablement materials
Support operations team on marketing funnel data and conversion metrics tracking
Regular auditing of customer-facing partner catalog
Support GTM team in management of external vendor projects
Support customers in end-user marketing delivery through proprietary tools
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Experience in business, marketing/sales, or operational role working with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of initiative and resourcefulness
Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast paced working environment
Digital marketing experience is a plus
