- In this newly formed role, you’ll have the ability to build out a high-performing team focused on researching and executing on our strategy
What You'll Do
- Create and communicate the high level product vision and execution strategy with strong alignment across DISCO’s value stream
- Leverage research and experts to define true unmet needs that can be addressed with better user focus and DISCO’s leading AI in a unique manner
- Deploy tooling that supports whole-product-thinking to accelerate execution and ensure that the company moves in lock-step as we build the leading LegalTech company
- Establish mechanisms for defining and prioritizing market opportunities that will drive growth and transform the practice of Law
- Partner with the product delivery team to define short-term and long-term product roadmaps so that we can effectively communicate to the market and internal stakeholders current and future outcomes
- Integrates market knowledge, strategic insight and a strong user focus to help our organization create great products
- Conducts research audits, knowledge maps, trend assessments, SWOT analysis to define scope and opportunities
- This role reports directly to our CPO
Who You Are
- Initiative and bias for action, on-time delivery, and operational excellence
- Formal consulting experience with extensive experience in technology
- Experience at high growth B2B and possibly B2C SaaS companies that focus on improving human outcomes with technology
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data, and the ability to synthesize quantitative analysis into an effective business case for action
- Comfortable addressing challenges with ambiguous or incomplete information
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

- Have an MBA
- Experience in strategic planning in software
- Experience working for a top tier management consulting firm
