HealthCare Technologist
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Americas Healthcare Technologist to partner and team with SailPoint's Healthcare Field Account Executives as they consult with both prospective and current SailPoint Healthcare customers on their Identity Security journey. This position is responsible for supporting clinical integration and clinical workflow discussions during SailPoint's identity security pursuits.
The SailPoint Healthcare Technologist is responsible for collaborating with SailPoint's Healthcare product connectivity team, product team, Solutions Engineering team, healthcare sales executives, and healthcare sales leadership so SailPoint can most effectively communicate SailPoint's healthcare clinical integrations to our customer's clinical security teams.• Manage the communication of SailPoint's clinical integration capabilities while influencing SailPoint's clinical integration roadmap• Support SailPoint's healthcare sales team and solution engineering team in the field throughout sales cycles across both prospective and targeted net-new customers• Collaborate with SailPoint's connectivity team and technology alliance team responsible for relationships with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) providers to include Epic, Cerner and MEDITECH to ensure that SailPoint is meeting the needs of our healthcare customers• Collaborate with SailPoint's Solution Engineering team to ensure that SailPoint can most effectively demonstrate SailPoint's clinical integration capability across field sales demonstrations of SailPoint solutions and during technology evaluation processes including customer executed Proof of Concepts (POCs)• Assist SailPoint's Healthcare Product Marketing and Field Marketing teams in the development of assets and collateral• Create workshops for improved product integration with EMR and clinical systems• Identify new routes to market and better extend the SailPoint market presence in the Healthcare vertical• Learn SailPoint solutions at a high level to provide recommendations on
EMR applications, customers, and integrations• Serve as a thought leader across industry events to include CHIME, HIMSS, HLTH, etc.
Requirements:• 10 years+ of experience either managing or supporting clinical integrations across Epic, Cerner, and/or MEDITECH• Understands security and regulatory compliance requirements in the Healthcare industry (HIPAA/HITRUST/NIST)• Ability to support clinical workflow discussions which transcend across both business and technical discussions
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in Healthcare IT, business or sales related field
Business travel of up to 50% annually is expected for this position during peak periods. Normal business travel expected to be around 25-33%.
