Helpdesk Specialist

 

Invicti Security, a global leader in web application security, is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to join our rapidly growing IT team. 

As a Helpdesk Specialist with Invicti, you’ll be the ultimate solution driver as you communicate technical information and support various end-user devices. In order to drive success in this role, you’ll carry a balance of passion for technology and helping others. You’re someone who has advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware systems, excellent diagnostic skills, and extraordinary communication skills. 

If you enjoy modifying hardware systems, playing around computer peripherals, and performing computer maintenance, and shook your head in agreement with all the qualities listed here, we want you to apply!

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Resolving incidents and service requests to assist users experiencing hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related technology issues 
  • Using Atlassian to solve tickets
  • Procuring hardware and Managing devices
  • Remaining current on all Help Desk processes and troubleshooting procedures
  • Managing the status quo of current resolution efforts to be consistently communicated to Invicti employees
  • Maintaining hardware and software inventory
  • Communicating periodic service reports to third party services

 

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related professional experience preferred
  • 2+ years of successful experience in IT Service Management
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Fundamental expertise concerning Windows devices, Microsoft Office, Azure Active Directory, Intune, MacOS, G-Suite, and Atlassian products 
  • Competitive customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic knowledge of patch management, ITSM, PIM, PAM, IDS, and  IPS
  • Ongoing curiosity about cloud technologies and services such as AWS and Azure
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent  judgement and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to engage in effective teamwork and collaboration
