What Your Days Will be Like: 

The Client Success Implementation Associate provides critical support across all enterprise clients ensuring successful program launches as well as fostering highly valued client relationships.  The right candidate for this role possesses a blend of highly developed organizational, communication, analytical, collaboration, and relationship management skills.  These skills are employed daily while engaging with the new and client sales teams; by providing insight into product and service applications and results; coordinating and communicating across business functions to get results; and negotiating sometimes challenging situations with clients.

This individual is highly skilled at understanding, communicating, and delivering solutions to support the complex requirements of clients by coordinating and collaborating with the internal partners (Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Account Management & Sales).  

What You'll be Working On:

  • Project manage multiple simultaneous new client implementations including cross-functional communications and preparations
  • Support existing client upsells with system capabilities support and technical adjustments to fulfill on clients objectives
  • Handles the implementation and maintenance of client eligibility files
  • Proactively raises and works to resolve issues specific to a client, or systemic in nature
  • Identifies, recommends, and with approval, implements process improvement and client communication initiatives
  • Run Client Success inbox & slack channel communication with internal partners

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Project management skills, including proven skills in implementing and managing project work and partner concerns due to timelines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to instill confidence with internal and external partners
  • Collaboration skills and ability to identify and bring together appropriate parties to drive decisions, resolve conflicts and deliver results
  • High level of initiative & ability to work autonomously
  • Meticulous with a high level of quality awareness
  • Proven experience with Excel, Powerpoint, and other Microsoft Office tools, System configuration
