The support team at RealWork Labs is responsible for building relationships with customers and becoming a trusted advisor. The Implementation Specialist works with our customer success team and our clients to built out and support our growing suite of products.

Responsibilities:

• Display a positive can-do attitude and demonstrate a commitment to delivering fantastic results
• Gain a broad knowledge of our products to answer a wide variety of customer questions
• Use Soci platform to run and manage customer Facebook and Google My Business listings and postings
• Provide feedback and trouble shoot issues that impact customer rankings
• Work closely with Facebook and Soci to appeal disapproved pages and posts
• Maintain Salesforce by accurately updating records and work closely with customer success to support customer issues

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager desired
• Previous customer service or sales experience required
• Previous experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Adaptable with the ability to learn new technologies, assess situations quickly, and look for smarter, better ways to achieve goals
• Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
• Comfortable with changing processes and procedures and strong ability to learn with little documentation
