Position Overview:
The Information Security Program Manager reports directly to the IT Operations & Compliance Manager. The primary goal for this person is to ensure effective information security measures are in place using a primarily outsourced model.
Responsibilities:
• Multi-supplier information security incident response coordination (may be internal or external suppliers), acting as primary point of escalation and directing remedial action, as needed
• Owner of information security toolset and relationships with managed security service providers
• Lead periodic security assessments (risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing) and use findings to develop and refine program strategy and direction
• Act as member of IT change and architecture review boards, providing security guidance as relevant and necessary
• Complete vendor security assessments (at on-boarding and renewal) and provide recommendations to managing parties
• Prepare and deliver security awareness training to all staff
• Identify, track, and report on information security SLAs, specifically focusing on program coverage, health, and efficacy
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT/related field
• 7+ year’s experience supporting corporate IT or service provider IT services for a high-growth company
• Relevant technical certifications, including but not limited to: PCI, Security+, CCNA/CCENT, CISSP, GIAC, OSCP
• Experience administering and maintaining cloud-based security tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross functional partnerships to make effective decisions collaboratively
