Beardbrand is looking for an experienced inventory manager to help ensure smooth production and minimize lapses in sales due to out-of-stock inventory. If you like to make plans, checklists, and coordinate complicated events then this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory levels
• Monitor inventory demands weekly
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in advance
• Transfer inventory between locations both domestic and internationally
• Calculate inventory demands for each quarter
• Adjust reorder points based on quarterly demand
• Place purchase orders with vendors for inventory needs
• Coordinate all Beardbrand initiatives at all warehouses
• Facilitate order fulfillment and all Beardbrand activity at all warehouses
• Maintain communication between appropriate team members of updates, delays or issues

Skills Required:

• 2-3 years experience as inventory manager or similar role
• Competency with web-based software of all kinds
• A proven track record for hitting deadlines and working well under pressure
• Obvious self-driven work ethic
• Communication skills. Big time.
• Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Strong spreadsheet skills
