We are seeking a Junior Functional Systems Administrator to join our team. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for being a system admin for agency enterprise systems such as Workfront. Reporting into the Senior Director, Project Operations, this role collaborates with the Systems team to manage enhancements/changes/releases. All W2O employees are currently working remote; once the offices re-open, this position can work in any of offices, including New York City office, Chicago, Austin, or Philadelphia. We may also consider fully remote for this role.
Essential Responsibilities
Act as SME and point person for Workfront and become fully knowledgeable about business configuration.
Discover, analyze and help implement system needs of the organization.
Support business users’ questions as they arise.
Create and manage dashboards as required.
Collaborate with the management reporting team for centralized reporting.
Document and maintain business requirements and QA process.
Assign and update security permissions for the system, user roles, user provisioning/ deprovisioning.
Train and direct users on the correct use of the system.
Perform problem-solving tasks when alerted by a user or monitoring system.
Collaborate with Internal Systems and Technical teams to maintain, change, enhance and release updates to systems.
Work with Project/Resource management and Internal Systems to road map and execute enhancements.
Plan and communicate upgrades and outages.
Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise
Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field.
Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams.
Experience
1+ years’ system administrator experience necessary.
Experience working with Workfront and other enterprise systems with the ability to adapt to business needs.
Experience in global organization with multiple locations a plus.
