The Chivery is looking for a Jack or Jill-of-All-Trades to help keep the eCommerce team organized, on task and running smoothly. This person will work closely and cross-functionally with all departments of the eCommerce team.

This person will help keep the wheels spinning in all functions for an 8 figure eCommerce business. If you are organized, proactive, a hustler, a quick learner, perceptive, and always willing to step in and help, then we want you!

Job Description:

  • Work as a Production Coordinator to ensure that e-commerce team has all necessary creative assets to support product launches (product pages, onsite assets, and marketing assets).
  • Actively participate in all product shoots, support all steps of all shoots. Including scheduling, booking models (internally and externally), and being on set to style models & product.
  • Manage and foster relationships with the various E-commerce tactic companies including: Google, Facebook, others as appropriate, including Influencer marketing programs.
  • Work closely with the creative teams to develop engaging content stories through copy, images and video story-telling.
  • Manage the delivery & storage of all product samples, and organization of apparel & product closet. Ensure that product samples are on schedule and staged for shoots. Catalog all seasonal products.
  • Requirements:

  • Organized, organized, oh, and did we mention being organized?
  • Hustler. Not afraid to roll up your sleeves on any project assigned.
  • Good at multitasking. Being a juggler could help.
  • Ability to sometimes work long hours.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but no required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with the stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfort working within brand-appropriate content.
  • Extended experience in production coordination/management (including but not limited to sourcing models, scouting shoot locations, scouting props, compiling marketing materials, preparing and acquiring wardrobe, etc.).
