What you'll do at TrendKite:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and independently
  • Handle escalations from Level 1 (on call) support
  • Work with Developers to diagnose and resolve challenging but interesting
  • Build and maintain troubleshooting guides and runbooks

What you MUST bring to the table:

  • Strong customer-service mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects; passion to learn and grow
  • Ability to troubleshoot application issues using: browser error console, server error logs, database scripts
  • Experience and technical intuition
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident (We will not sponsor at this time)

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with ZenDesk
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Ever used your browser’s View Source or Developer Tools functions
