The Job: This position is ideal for a technically-savvy, independent individual who brings expertise in Learning Management System administration and a passion for education. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams, learn our Blackbaud University training technology, and elevate the client experience in Training Central. You should be a highly organized individual with a proven ability to creatively solve problems and simultaneously manage multiple tasks. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required, and we’ll be thrilled if you have experience with the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Suite. Want to really blow us away? Bring some basic HTML skills to the table. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll play a pivotal role in our organization’s success by executing strategies associated with our Learning Management System and data infrastructure, including: supporting and enforcing standard operating procedures, inputting training event data from source documents within a set timeframe, verifying that LMS event submissions are complete and accurate, and activating on-demand and instructor-led training content for our clients in Training Central. You’ll manage our system’s HTML code, including upkeep of various pages in Training Central, while simultaneously identifying ways to improve the overall Blackbaud University customer experience. You’ll also use your exceptional troubleshooting skills to navigate issues within the LMS and identify new, more efficient ways to execute daily tasks. We work in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere and are highly focused on the success of our clients.
