REX is seeking a customer service professional who is looking to build a career in the Mortgage industry. As a Loan Success Specialist, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound call requests to introduce and educate clients about REX Home Loans. This role will work closely with REX Home Loans as well as cross functionally with the other REX Sales teams such as REX Relationship Managers and Account Managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a CRM to drive conversions from inbound inquiries and outbound calls: understand each caller’s needs, qualify them, and field questions with the goal of introducing the caller to their dedicated loan advisor to work with REX Home Loans and/or introduce them to a REX agent
  • Respond to all leads promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
  • Work closely with the loan advisors to help them convert on their mortgage leads: chasing documents to complete a pre-approval application, updating agents on the status of their client’s loan, reminding loan advisors to follow-up on urgent requests 
  • Maintain a good working relationship with a loan officer and all other members of the REX Home Loans team 
  • Come with a can-do attitude to adapt to change, and stay disciplined with studying to pass the NMLS exam 
  • Comply with REX policy and all BRE/RESPA/legal statutes

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year minimum of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service role
  • Mortgage Servicing Call Center Experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and telephone manners with the ability to build solid relationships
  • Knowledge of managing prospects and customer follow-up through a CRM
  • Exhibit REX’s brand attributes: creative and innovative problem solver with the desire to be an industry changer to make buying and selling of real estate better for consumers
  • Proficient in productivity and web-based tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google hangouts, Google docs/sheets
  • A high degree of professionalism; able to remain calm and rational in times of confusion, rapid change or pressure
  • Ability to prioritize many different tasks
