Logistics Operations
Contract individual contributor on the marketplace operations team, responsible for logistics operations and communications supporting service line execution. Coordinator between trucking service providers, E&P clients, and internal resources to guarantee logistics excellence.
What you’ll do
Monitor SCADA systems and call out vendors when necessary
Intake requests from buyers and partners via phone, email, and apps and input requests into operations systems
Dispatch, track and coordinate trucking to ensure delivery or transfer of various fluids i.e. drilling brines, oil based muds, fresh water produced water, crude oil, condensate liquids, or natural gas liquids from central terminals, production pad sites, or offload facilities including salt water disposal sites.
Organize and coordinate services for various field operations including; construction, drilling, completions, frac fleet services, flowback, production, or midstream pipelines.
Initiate general work orders and distribute field service orders for service providers and E&P clients via email, online applications, and phone systems.
Process various documentation including invoice verification for services, inventory management, Bills of Lading (BOL’s), or service ticket verification.
Monitor daily activity - identify and resolve any issues that arise
Relay appropriate product feedback to product team
What we’re looking for
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of relevant experience in a logistics, operations, or control center environment
Experience with SCADA systems
Knowledge of the oil and gas industry
Experience conducting logistics operations within an exploration & production company, midstream company, or large trucking company
Proficient in the use of computerized customer service, dispatching systems, Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and other software applications
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external teams, consultants, vendors, and clients
Ability to work rotating or overnight shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
