Austin Leasing Manager Center is responsible for providing support, driving direction, and oversight for the Austin Leasing Center Lines of business. Austin Leasing Manager will be responsible for reviewing weekly SLA and KPI reporting for all lines of business in the ALC and working with the Supervisors and Director on bottle necks, and process improvements needed. Review that headcount for each LOB is within Headcount limit. Creating and collaborating with other Supervisors on team improvements.
This is a full-time position, with typical days of work being Monday through Friday. Frequent evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Minimal travel is required. Austin Leasing Manager will report to the Director of The Austin Leasing Center

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospect Inbound/Outbound Team management
- App update tier 1 and tier 2 Inbound Management
- Maintain of Service Level and SLA given .Formalize and oversee leasing responsibilities for weekly CPR calls by branch
- Review incorrect transfers and provide feedback to appropriate teams
- Reviewing five9 reporting for productivity check and issues
- App update tier 1 and tier 2 Inbound Management
Other General Leasing Responsibilities
- Schedule 1 on 1’s on a biweekly basis during peak season and weekly during off season, go over performance, and agent needs.
- Back up all other Austin Leasing Center supervisors as needed
