Job Description

Procore is looking to hire a new Manager, Continuing Education, who will drive Procore.org’s on-demand education content strategy, creation, and distribution plans. In this position, you will be responsible for aligning industry advancement content pillars to meet industry education needs and further elevate Procore’s brand as a thought leader. As a Manager, Continuing Education, you will own the execution of that vision, collaborating internally to deliver content that aligns with business goals and meets construction industry demands. This role is responsible for the oversight of all phases of content strategy related to industry advancement and workforce development.

This role will report directly to our Director of Industry Advancement and collaborate closely with corporate communications, learning and development, and external vendors. 

What you’ll do:

  • Be the in-house expert on industry trends, keep a close eye on workforce development education programs, conduct market research, and take a data and research-driven approach to developing Procore’s continuing education content strategy to ensure Procore is the trusted source for on-demand construction focused learning

  • Manage the development of Procore’s Industry Advancement course series throughout the year (like Procore Safety Qualified, Inclusion & Diversity) by participating in industry committees, attending events and connecting with customers

  • Assist in the development and delivery of integrated demand generation campaigns to promote these educational experiences

  • Work closely with Associations and education providers to promote existing content and develop new educational opportunities in special cases (BxB)

  • Have a deep understanding of all existing content Procore has at its disposal, and help identify opportunities to leverage better leverage this content through marketing programs

  • Work with internal training and educational content creators to align roadmaps, ensuring a cohesive educational offering.

  • Manage vendors and external content providers 

  • Define success metrics by benchmarking, measuring engagement, and refining goals in concert with stakeholders 

  • Measure performance for quarterly/annual reports

What we’re looking for: 

  • 8+ years of experience in construction and or education space

  • 3+ years experience creating/curating education content or equivalent program development

  • Familiarity with social impact programs and ecosystem type partnerships

  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity in the market and create related comprehensive, targeted education content strategies

  • Experience creating and distributing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and managing workflows with external vendors

  • A knack for transforming complex concepts into compelling narratives, educational resources, and experiences 

  • Strong skills in writing and editing 

  • Experience with managing an editorial/instructional calendar

  • Familiarity with budget management

  • Experience auditing content performance

Location

Procore Austin is the second largest of our offices, occupying six floors in the Chase Tower at the center of downtown Austin.
