Responsibilities
- Lead the Education Services Delivery function, reporting to the Education Services Director.
- Work across all lines of business to drive Education Services Delivery portfolio of solutions that enable highly effective knowledge transfer and learning for our customers, partners, and internal associates in the most effective and efficient way.
- Partner closely with teams throughout the organization to ensure that training delivery offerings are aligned with business objectives and anticipate future needs.
- Track, monitor, and report on key education metrics, such as individual and enterprise content consumption rates, year-over-year education services growth, instructor utilization, etc., to determine the impact and effectiveness of education programs and offerings.
- Manage and build Education sales pipeline and accurately forecast quarterly sales achievement using SFDC.
- Collaborate with field marketing teams to design, document and communicate training offerings and programs that can be leveraged by all regions.
- Provide direct day-to-day leadership, coaching and resources to all consultants on engagement(s); provide performance feedback regularly to project team members.
- Empower and lead the team that supports all training delivery, both instructor-led and elearning.
- Ensure high quality of individual and team delivery & client interactions.
- Support pre-sales activities, develop new client/partner relationships, qualify opportunities, help create and deliver proposals, and successfully close new or renewing business to grow footprint.
- Collaborate, communicate and advocate within SailPoint to meet our education services goals and secure the necessary support to enable success.
- Negotiate training delivery contracts and terms.
- Build partnerships and manage the authorized training partner program with third party training delivery organizations.
Experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated success managing and growing an education services or training function and leveraging channels for the most effective training/education service delivery.
- Highly developed ‘influencing without authority’ skills and ability to work successfully in a cross-functional matrixed organization.
- Has a solid understanding of the usage of technology in learning, such as virtual instructor-led delivery, virtual lab environments, video, AR/VR, etc., to enhance the learning experience and expand the education services delivery portfolio.
- Ability to convert general data and findings into specific, actionable recommendations, and experience with developing and using dashboards to visualize the education services business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively tailor approach to reach audiences at all organizational levels.
- Efficiency and productivity in agile and entrepreneurial environments.
- 5+ years managing a training delivery function
- 5+ years delivering training to customers and partners for a global company
- 5+ years managing training sales and revenue goals for a training organization
