Vrbo is looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about creating technology-driven solutions to solve challenges. The Manager of Global Partner Success Operations will be responsible for overseeing a team of analysts to enable the Partner Success organization through technology and tools. In this role, you will be expected to guide a team of analysts to respond to issues and escalations, understand and aggregate trends in our technologies and propose long-term solutions to improve existing account management and sales tools workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead team of technology business analysts in support of 300+ person global account management and sales organization
  • Stand up technology for new outsource vendors and providing ongoing support
  • Serve as single POC for Account Management and Acquisition tools for both Stakeholder teams and partnering development teams
  • Generate and maintain close relationships with the onsite managers to help resolve any technical needs, get to the core of issues and build user stories to share with the development teams
  • Help define, communicate, evaluate and prioritize work for the development teams
  • Identify trends in recurring issues and develop long term resolution plans
  • Coach a team of analysts to integrate seamlessly within the account management teams to understand end user workflows, pain points, adoption studies, enhancement opportunities
  • Research, test, define and implement new methods for offering support to a large and varied sales and account management team
  • Identify critical operational metrics to enable “best-in-class” support structure and enable locally relevant support at scale
  • Actively collaborate with partner teams to define and understand strategic priorities and design operational response
  • Maintain and lead governance processes
