Manager, Public Sector Compliance

We are looking for a Manager to focus on supporting day-to-day operations of our public sector team, which includes FedRAMP, CMMC, and other state and local government laws, regulations and agency rules. This role will oversee a team of strategists, technical implementation leads, and a team of FedRAMP leads. The team is responsible for public sector projects across multiple products and collaborating with engineers, architects, key partners and execute FedRAMP program requirements while driving multi-product architectural and executive alignment.
What You Will Do:
- Establish operating standards for FedRAMP technology and compliance program activities.
- Partner with internal customers to help manage roadmap activities for FedRAMP program activities.
- Partner with Market Access to convert market access needs into the Federal roadmap.
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders for team alignment and ensuring strategic alignment and driving commitments.
- Lead technology discoveries across multiple products and optimize opportunities for improving service offerings.
- Effectively communicate with management on decisions that impact multiple programs and teams.
- Partner with external partners to ensure Federal program activities are managed appropriately and organized in a manner that promotes alignment.
Skills You Have:
- Experience leading public sector compliance activities, including FedRAMP Moderate and High.
- Knowledge of public sector control requirements, including NIST 800-53.
- Experience in managing teams in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in leading technical and cross-functional projects in an enterprise wide capacity.
- The ability to identify dependencies between complex projects and determine potential impact.
- Experience in people managing to ensure team success.
- The ability to drive collaboration and influence multiple teams, both technical and non-technical.
- Experience in cloud computing, specifically security aspects of SaaS environments.
