What you’ll do…

As a Manager of Trust & Compliance, you will report to the Head of Cloud Security and lead the team responsible for enabling Duo to serve our customers in a trustworthy manner through:

  • management of internal policies and procedures

  • supporting Product, Engineering, and the Security team in delivering trustworthy solutions that delight our customers

  • providing positive customer experiences during vendor security reviews and enabling sales through the achievement of new and maintenance of existing market access compliance programs like SOC 2 and FedRAMP

You will be responsible for:

  • Enabling growth and success for the Trust & Compliance programs and the team members.

  • Overall strategy for Trust & Compliance.

  • Ensuring effective execution of Trust & Compliance programs.

  • Management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.

  • Providing a healthy and sustainable working environment for team members.

Skills and experience you have…

  • Well-established track record of successfully leading teams and people in information security with proven coaching and mentoring skills.

  • Experience collaborating successfully with security, IT, engineering, product, and sales teams

  • Experience supporting compliance for cloud-native products served via public clouds

  • Proven leadership tools and skills to enable teams and individuals to operate at their full potential

  • Providing exceptional experiences to internal and external customers

  • Familiarity with common audit frameworks and compliance programs (NIST, Cloud Security Alliance, FedRAMP, SOC 2, PCI, ISO 27001, etc.)
