Marketplace Operations Specialist at Worksmith
As a Marketplace Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role on the Worksmith platform by ensuring clients and vendors get jobs completed well and on-time. By providing top-notch customer service, project management, and logistical support, you’ll solve clients' problems and help vendors grow their businesses.
Day to day you will:
Own a pipeline of job requests and be in frequent communication with local service providers and clients to coordinate details and ensure job requests are driven to completion
Coordinate with local service providers to ensure they place thorough bids, schedule jobs, and confirm completion in a timely manner
Identify and call potential new local service providers to sell the benefits of the Worksmith platform and sign them on to participate in the Worksmith vendor network
Listen to and understand client and vendor needs to provide feedback to the Engineering team to report bugs and influence features of the platform
Collaborate with Account Managers, Marketplace Support and Marketplace Operations team members to ensure the highest quality customer service is provided to all clients and local service providers
