HotSchedules is recruiting for a Partner Operations Manager. Reporting into the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, this position will be responsible for supporting many aspects of the Partner Program including Sales Support, Partner On-Boarding, Partner Marketplace development/management, Partner co-marketing, revenue attainment and other operational functions.

This will be an individual contributor role that will help create, develop, and execute Partner  Programs to help drive revenue with new and existing partners. Some of these activities will include recruiting new partners, managing contract negotiations, facilitating the on-boarding process and managing the day-to-day activities with both sales and product. This role will also be responsible for facilitating the development of a business plan with the partner(s) that will be used as a road map for go to market and program development activities. This person will also assist with taking inbound calls from both Partners and internal product/development team members regarding integration support, client support and other calls related to specific Partner activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with HS internal sales teams to support specific partner initiatives that will drive incremental HS revenue
  • Manage partnership discussions with potential companies, negotiate contracts
  • Manage Partner Tracking spreadsheet on all activity, due dates, blockers, etc
  • Champion/manage the integrations internally with all Teams to GA
  • Work with Marketing on collateral and other assets necessary to support campaigns, Marketplace activity, co-marketing activity
  • Assist in facilitation of Quarterly reviews with Partners; pipeline growth and management

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant business experience in Channels, Partners & Alliances with Restaurant/Hospitality sector experience a PLUS
  • Saas business model experience required
  • Global/legal experience a plus
  • Strong business acumen required
  • Proven track record in product integration management
  • Proven results in cross-functional influence and relationship building focused on partners, sales, product and management
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and SFDC
