What You'll Be Working On: 

The Network Safety Vetting Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Conduct monthly licensing status checks
  • Upload updates using our 3rd party license verifying system and build solutions for discrepancies
  • Assist in licensing vetting initiatives as required
  • Conduct annual online reputational checks on network owners and businesses and partner caregivers
  • Ensure annual network partner business licenses and insurance requirements are up to date
  • Conduct research on government websites and 3rd party websites to ensure safety compliance
  • Supervise ongoing alerts, internal and external feedback and build safety escalations as needed
  • Ensure remediation or resolve of all escalations with network providers
  • Interpret risk potential, utilize pass/fail vetting criteria and determine network eligibility
  • Create vetting objects within Salesforce to document historical timestamp
  • Supervise and ensure quality and efficiency standards are being met
  • Conduct time studies and recommend new processes for continued improvement and efficiencies
  • Contributor in the research of ongoing updates of state guidelines and regulations
  • Process reports and update the center vetting calendar and prioritize new and renewing providers requiring vetting and audits 
  • Communicate network vetting progress reports and analysis of health of the network
  • Assist in updating network vetting training modules and materials and train team members

What You'll Need to Succeed: 

  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent investigation skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a timely manner and know when to escalate
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Phenomenal attention to detail 
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Ability to establish priorities for yourself and work independently and efficiently
  • Must be enthusiastic, flexible, adaptable and possess a sense of humor
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
