  • Prepare clearly articulated, well-researched, and credible technical reports, blogs, and commentary using NSS test data, expert opinion, primary research, and secondary sources.
  • Manage and support enterprise client engagements ranging from simple inquiry calls to larger architectural engagements; present NSS’ research and expertise to enterprise clients at internal and external events.
  • Provide NSS’ primary research team with data regarding the enterprise use of network security technologies; work with primary research team to finalize these questions and work to aggregate survey data to ensure validity.
  • Communicate the use case for leading security products, including comparing/contrasting use cases and explaining underlying technologies to both engineering and business audiences.
  • Build relationships and engage with enterprise clients, vendors, services providers, the reseller community, and industry bodies through teleconferences, on-site briefings, and travel to major industry events.

Qualifications:

Interested individuals that meet the following minimum requirements are encouraged to apply:

  • 5+ years work experience within the IT security industry with hands-on field work installing, managing, and troubleshooting network security products for medium to large enterprise clients. Our research architects are practitioners as well as evangelists.
