OutboundEngine is hiring an Office Assistant for our downtown Austin office.

Our Office Assistant Position is more than stocking the kitchen and maintaining the office. This position is literally the face of our company. They’re the first person you meet when you walk into the office! The Office Assistant should not only be able to crack a joke, but they should also be hard working, proactive and the go to person if anyone has questions or needs help. They remind everyone it’s okay to have a little fun in the workplace, while crushing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Reception area - you’re the face of this office and integral in making our employees & visitors feel at home.
    • Make every guest who walks through the door feel welcomed and attended to.
    • Support the OE culture, engagement and recognition processes.
    • Help plan & attend team events (both offsite and onsite), including happy hours, meals, charitable activities, to name a few.
  • Daily maintenance of all reception and kitchen areas, including but not limited to keeping the areas clean, making coffee, stocking snacks and supplies, and loading/unloading dishwashers.
  • Administrative support to all departments.
  • Managing the incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Assisting the onboarding and training teams with assembling training materials and welcoming new hires.
  • Managing employee enrollments for our gym program.
  • Ordering and maintaining an inventory of snacks and supplies for the office.
  • Execution of monthly lunches, anniversary gifts, birthday gifts and other events as they arise.
  • Preparing and handing out swag bags for new employees and maintaining our Swag inventory.

Candidates with the following experience is a plus:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of Office Assistant/Office Admin experience
  • Event planning experience
