We are looking for an Office Experience Manager to help with the reopening of our office. You will maintain our facility services by organizing office operations and procedures; welcoming guests, assisting with visitors and cleaners, monitoring clerical functions, receiving deliveries, coordinating additional activities as needed, daily assistance with FedEx, UPS, and USPS mailings. Ultimately, the Office Experience Manager should be a welcoming representative of our office who helps to improve our procedures and day-to-day operations.

If you were working for us today, you would be:

  • Welcoming company guests and providing support to visitors including office tours and general assistance
  • Coordinating with Operations and HR to create a return to office action plan
  • Assisting with all Facility-related tasks
    • Scheduling periodic maintenance
    • Making calls to repair plumbing, HVAC, etc.
    • Assisting with office relocation and creation of spatial planning documents
  • Answering all incoming general phone calls and route accordingly
  • Supporting administrative and organizational tasks to include:
    • Disseminating mail, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office equipment/supplies
    • Providing oversight and prioritization into conference room scheduling
    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and conference calls
    • Crafting and sending facility-wide notices
  • Updating and maintaining general office procedures
  • Coordinating and supporting various employee engagement events
  • Ensuring breakroom supplies are consistently stocked
  • Performing all other duties as assigned

You may be a great fit for our team if you have:

  • High School education (college preferred)
  • Proven 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Experience working in an office environment preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., printers, multi-line phone system)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
