Job Description

At Dropoff, we are changing the same-day delivery experience for companies and their customers.

We are  looking for a detail-oriented individual to join the team as an Office Manager. In this role, you will wear many hats and perform a variety of duties that may change on a daily basis. 

Dropoff is a fast moving and growing company, so the successful candidate will need to be flexible, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and have strong organizational and communication skills. The position requires, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well with both internal team members and outside clients/vendors.

In addition to providing general administrative and operations support (greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining kitchen and supply rooms), you’ll be supporting our remote Dallas and Atlanta offices with their day to day needs. You will help drive   our company culture as you assist in planning, organizing and executing  team events (including team lunches and office activities).

The person in this role should be a self-sufficient trouble-shooter, with an ability to navigate our evolving business needs. 

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree preferred

  • 2-4 years in Office Admin or Executive Assistant position required

  • Proficient with Google Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

  • Very strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage various priorities

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask well
