The Marketplace Operations Team runs our day-to-day operations of the market. If forecasts, pricing, performance, and routing are part of your day-to-day lingo and you want to solve problems never solved before at this scale keep reading for more details:

Responsibilities
- Build Wheel's operational foundations through defining and optimizing processes, building playbooks, and road-mapping Wheel’s future marketplace
- Develop insights, define metrics, and operationalize insights that drive key business decisions and solutions. Use advanced analytics to measure performance, build dashboards, and examine areas of potential improvement in detail
- Ensure supply and demand balance for Wheel’s nationwide operations through process improvements, automation development, alerting tools, and predictive data insights around supply & demand
- Optimize how we route consults from clients to clinicians in a way that maximizes network coverage, client KPIs, and earnings distribution
- Ideate, implement, track, and iterate on initiatives to influence behavior in the marketplace - making sure we achieve our earnings, quality, and flexibility goals
- Create and scale new and existing processes that allow the business to operate efficiently and continue our rapid growth

 Qualifications  
- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Analytics, Finance, Engineering or Marketplace environments
-Highly analytical, outstanding data skills, and experienced in using data to tell a story and make a recommendation 
-Well-versed in Google Sheets / Excel, SQL. Knowledge of Python or R is a bonus.
- Understanding of marketplace dynamics, capacity management/analysis, and matching supply with demand
- Adaptable self-starter comfortable working in a startup where things move at lightning speed
- Understanding and passion for experimental design & creative thinking.
- A desire to always find improvements
- Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
- Team player that enjoys working cross-functionally.
