Your challenge, should you choose to accept:
As Operations Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of Adia for the US - from developing processes and blueprints for the Adia US Operations to building and managing a team that works on high-volume, high-frequency projects as well as back office operations. While doing that, you will work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing to ensure that Operations run smooth and that users have a great experience when using Adia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, manage and continuously improve all operational processes to support centralized US Operations
- Build and manage the centralized Operations team for Adia US to meet business needs
- User management: ensure user experience and quality of worker pool
- Marketplace management: maximize marketplace liquidity and job fulfillment
- Collaborate with and provide recommendations to product team that maximize productivity, quality and efficiency of operations
- Collaborate with product, marketing and sales teams for user attraction, retention and supply/demand forecast
- Work with external providers aiding operational processes, implement and reinforce compliance requirements through operational procedures
- Client / Worker Support: equip operations team with proper tools and resources to resolve inquiries and troubleshoot effectively
- Collaborate with Leadership and participate in special projects
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience in leading recruitment, customer service or supply chain teams
- Skilled in temporary staffing, high volume recruitment and remote onboarding
- Knowledge of US applicable Federal State and Local employment laws and regulations
- A very deep understanding of general staffing operations, systems and organization
- Ability to drive change and lead process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate all levels of management and staff
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Proactive problem solver with a desire to collaborate with others
- Ability to create strategies by analyzing information and processes and present findings
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume, high frequency projects
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse team
- Very organized, detail and process oriented: processes must be continuously streamlined
- Resilient: must be able to thrive in uncertain conditions and comfortable with speed
- Curious: wants to understand and question existing processes to continuously improve
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
