We recently closed a Series A round to actively fill various internal departments from the ground up. As part of this expansion, we’re looking for an experienced Order Fulfillment and Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Success Team.

As an Order Fulfillment and Logistics Coordinator, you will be instrumental in building a world-class Chemicals ordering experience using BluePallet's TradeHub, TradeCart, and TradePass products. By overseeing all aspects of the order fulfillment process - from helping Sellers to ship accurate orders quickly - to ensuring Buyers are satisfied with their orders - your role is crucial in helping our customers and their businesses to succeed. Our customers vary from small and medium-sized businesses to large enterprises, so we are looking for an empathetic team member who can tailor the ordering process to each company and individual.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Help facilitate bulk chemicals orders between buyers/sellers using TradeHub

• Respond to customer inquiries and point clients to the right resources

• Quote freight rates to customers and ensure that rates are accurate

• Build meaningful relationships with freight brokers, warehouses, buyers, and sellers

• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy

• Coordinate with transportation providers for prompt and proper movement of shipments

• Ensure integrity and delivery of orders, including tracking and fixing shipping errors

• Make special shipping arrangements as necessary to demonstrate white glove service

• Support Sales and Customer Success teams with providing account credits when needed

• Escalate any technical issues experienced during ordering by creating a Jira support ticket

• Document and regularly update order management and fulfillment resources in Confluence

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2+ years experience coordinating LTL, FTL, Intermodal, Bulk Liquid, and Ocean Shipments

• Thorough understanding of the Supply Chain, including common obstacles that Buyers/Sellers face, with effective solutions for addressing those challenges

• Exceptional communication, customer service, and project management skills

• Pro-active and timely in your responses to customers and vendors

• Strong leadership skills, and the desire to help architect an entire logistics department

• Experience building order management and logistics reports/dashboards

• Internal/external documentation experience using Confluence or similar tools

• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, while using good judgment

• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and work interdepartmentally

• Passion for the chemicals industry and/or desire to make a positive impact on the world

Nice-to-have qualities:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Management, Technology, or Communications

• Intermediate knowledge of HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Service, and Jira

• Experience with Grow, Segment, HubSpot, or other BI tools like Tableau for logistics reports

• Fluent in more than one language such as Spanish, German, or Mandarin
