Position Description: Part Time Entry Level Risk Operations Specialist
Self is building a community of people who are looking to better their lives by building credit history. You will join our Risk Operations team and be responsible for daily operational workflows supporting card operations, compliance reviews (OFAC, KYC), and credit disputes, etc. You will be empowered to tackle incoming transactional tasks on a daily basis to help our company scale.
Activities and Responsibilities:
- Complete daily operational risk tasks, including OFAC, eOscar ACDV and paper dispute responses, and ID verifications.
- Report discovered suspicious accounts.
- Monitor internal channels for investigation escalations.
- Assist in other risk- and compliance- related functions as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in fintech, card operations, compliance, or banking operations preferred
- 1+ years remote work experience required
- Exceptional communication skills
- High EQ and ability to build rapport with team members
- Strong ability to adapt and learn new workflows and skills a must

- $17 - $18 per hour, 20 - 25 hour per week
