Bold is looking for a Partner Operations Manager to provide exceptional operational support to help grow our partner ecosystem. In this key role, you will ensure the success of our partner channel go-to-market strategy and drive both efficiency and scale from an operational perspective. Primary responsibilities of this role will be the development and administration of Bold’s Partner Portal, implementation of insightful performance analytics, and streamlining various operational workflows in support of our Director of Partnerships and cross-functional teams across the organization. 


The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, extremely analytical, a great problem solver, and confident in making action-oriented recommendations for the business.

What you’ll do

  • Own all strategic and tactical business requirements within the partner ecosystem
  • Build and optimize operational workflows embedded in our tech stack and across partner sales, marketing, finance, and product 
  • Administer and contribute to our Partner Portal and work closely with the Bold Marketing Team to provide partners with world-class enablement programs
  • Develop a strong analytics environment and analyze data in order to provide insights and recommendations to the business assisting in the refinement of Bold’s go-to-market strategy
  • Identify partner KPI trends and collaborate cross functionally to improve the customer experience
  • Develop relationships with key partner contacts to drive the business forward - operate with a continuous improvement mentality
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support partner operations
  • Monitor high priority partner issues and escalate through appropriate channels
  • Work closely with the Finance Team on attribution and commission reporting 

What we’re looking for

  • A work ethic that demonstrates dedication and commitment to Bold’s mission and belief in our BUILDERS Code
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B SAAS partner operations role (or similar), ecommerce preferred
  • Advanced Salesforce.com, channel/partner operations and reporting experience
  • First-hand experience supporting and operationalizing channel sales and/or partner teams
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work with systems teams to design and improve processes
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with a PRM system
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills required (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets), data visualization tools experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results
  • Ability to prioritize and balance ongoing tactical responsibilities with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Ability to synthesize information into actionable insights and contribute to both creating and executing business strategies
