Overview

We are looking for an experienced Partner Services Manager to join a growing segment of the LegalZoom organization. You will focus on the day to day management of our partner relationships and their performance.

You will

• Manage relationships with key partners for Tax services, including integration support, monitoring performance and SLAs, error remediation, and product optimization
• Analyze current operations and performance; investigate and solve problems based on internal and external data
• Propose enhancements to our or partner processes to strengthen performance
• Track projects internally and from partners to reach key strategic goals; communicate key milestones across teams and help remove blockers
• Analyze partners' performance and update management and execs
• Provide feedback to partners, create remediation plans where necessary and monitor their execution

You have

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in tech operations or partnerships
• Excellent communication skills - including leading meetings, setting requirements, and presenting results
• Great project management - be able to advance multiple projects, track the progress of internal and external teams, and communicate updates and blockers
• Analytical and problem-solving skills - the ability to use data to find insights and create solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering large projects
• People person - enjoy working with a variety of teams and be able to engage with senior- and junior-level colleagues
