    We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to execute and manage incoming requests through our user engagement platform, Pendo. As well as implement and maintain integrations with the tool between SailPoint’s larger IT ecosystem.

     

    This key role will be central to our digital engagement strategy and act as the subject matter expert for all things Pendo. They will need to become an expert on the platform itself, understand key integrations and connections to other systems (like Salesforce and ZenDesk), and be adept at extracting data and insights from the tool.

     

    Initial efforts will focus on implementation, and then transition to ensuring assets and tools remain evergreen, and that new usage patterns and capabilities provided by Pendo are fully leveraged as they become available.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the integration of Pendo into all SailPoint SaaS applications

    • Configure appropriate segmentation for both in-app communications and data analysis metrics

    • Implement guides, onboarding walkthroughs, and other Pendo in-app communications (managed via Jira Kanban board)

    • Derive appropriate methodologies for measuring business level KPIs as specified by respective stakeholders and provide dashboards of the data

     

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator, or similar role, which necessitated the integration and management of multiple applications

    • Experience with Pendo, WalkMe, UserPilot, or other digital adoption tool

    • Familiarity with CSS and basic markup language formatting (JavaScript and HTML are a plus)

    • Background with data analysis and manipulation

    • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

    • High attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Strong communication skills and/or background
